I went to a career fair and had a great conversation with a dean. Get there early-there is a long line! Then he called me for a more formal interview. I got the job just through a phone interview with a dean.
first, there was an introduction. Then we went over my resume and talked about my experience. The interview was easy and laid back. What you would expect from an interview as an instructor.
