First one was virtual. Second in person with technical component. Unsure if person interviewing wrote job description which was for tier 1 help desk, but they indicated they actually wanted a sys admin and asked if I would do the job for less than the posted salary range since I wasn't qualified to be a sys admin. I agreed because this would be my first IT job. They gave every indication after the first and second interview that they were likely proceeding. They were late on their timeline after the first interview to ask for a second, but then ghosted me after the second interview. Followed up with emails twice and reached out on Indeed, which was how they contacted me regarding the interviews, and nothing. It was obvious I wasn't getting the job, but rude and unprofessional to not communicate that.
