I tend to take the reviews on here with a grain of salt, considering that every candidate is different and so are their experiences. However, I found my interview experience to be very similar to what others have stated. The interview process was straight forward. Screening with a recruiter, hiring manager, team members and ultimately a case study presentation. Everyone I met with was friendly and it flowed well. Prepping for the interviews and the case study was time consuming. Since I was very focused on getting the position I found it to be worth it. Unfortunately, once the interview process was over I was completely ‘ghosted’ and ignored by the recruiter that reached out to me. This was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I spent a lot of time prepping for different phases of the interview process and took time out of my work day to attend the interviews. A simple 5 minute phone call with some feedback or at least letting me know that I did not get the position would’ve been better suited. This is a growing company and a positive outlook for potential candidates should be taken with more consideration.
