The interview process started with a brief first-round conversation focused on getting to know my background and interest in the role. The second round was a mock cold call exercise where I was given two attempts and received constructive, actionable feedback after each try. The interviewers created a supportive and professional environment that made the process feel fair and encouraging overall.

One of the key questions they asked was how I handle rejection. They were interested in understanding my mindset around setbacks and how I stay motivated in a sales environment where rejection is common.

Phone call with HR, 1-hr zoom call with two BD Managers where there was a mock cold call portion. Received feedback afterwards in an email saying they weren't moving forward with my candidacy.

One phone screening, one mock call. The first phone screening was no camera, the second was with camera. The mock interview was a little difficult but they seemed to be nice about the feedback in between the two tries.
