Phone interview, then met with 2 VPs and hr director. VPs were smart, lively, with insight into the skill set they were looking for in a candidate. HR was uninterested in talking and impatient to leave for the day. Was told I'd be informed of (if any) next steps in 2 weeks. Never contacted. I called and emailed appropriate frequency, once a month until 4 months later HR called with amateur HR rejection message.

Vps asked relevant and practical questions. HR director asked generic behavioral HR questions like what would I do if conflict arose in the team and such

I had six 1 hour long interviews in a week and then they decided not to fill the position. Multiple candidates went through the same process and then no one got hired.
