Very Intense. The interview process was very difficult. It lasted over two weeks and was called in twice. I did not receive an offer after the two interviews. I was emailed an offer after and accepted

Had a phone conversation, set up interview with store manager. Brief basic general questions such as "why do you want to work here, what are your strengths, weaknesses and so on". Moved on to next interview where the regional operations manager interviewed. During the interview the manager was checking his blood sugar levels, and was discussing the position. Even though I had 10+ years in customer service, he insisted that I specialized in sales, which is not true. It sounded like everything went well and he said the store manager would have the final say. After a week of waiting, I had to call over and over just to find out that 'the regional operations manager' had found another guy.

Easy and simple interview. Just to describe how the branch works and the daily base of the position. The manager made me very comfortable and looks there is a very good place to work
