Terrible and by far the worst "interview experince" I've ever had. So Chris Gregory the owner reached out to me via Indeed if I was interested in a supposed phone call interview. I agreed to the interview but I never got a confirmation in advance of the actual interview. The following week came up when I was supposed to hear a call from them and I sat and waited for over an hour waiting for the interview call. I decided to call the number on their My Google business section on Google and It was sent straight to voicemail. Without further guidance I emailed Chris back telling him what happened with the call and 3 hours later he responds.. "I actually was waiting on you to call me. I normally expect potential hires to be proactive.Thanks for your time but I think we'll continue looking." Never have I once had a company tell me I have to call them for the interview. Who is doing the interview to get the job them or me? 🤔 My point proven. Glad this happended I'd never want to work for someone this unprofesional.
