Called directly by manager, 15 minute phone conversation and asked to come in to meet the team. 30 minutes with the team and then asked to come back for an interview with the VP and a panel. Fast process

Friendly interview but manager was concerned about my leadership skills and educational background ---which I told her at the beginning was a Masters. Overall, the interview went well, but I was concerned about the tone in which the interviewed used during the telephone interview.
