My primary interview was conducted one on one with the facility administrator rather than a panel. However, I went on to also interview with a facility administrator from a different clinic than the hiring one as well a virtual interview with the ROD. I like how they offer shadow opportunities where you can just observe a traditional work day for a few hours to get a general idea of how the clinic operates.

Applied online and got an interview invitation 2 weeks later. Scheduled a phone interview and just need to wait for the phone call on the day of the interview. Did a self introduction and recruiter asked about schedule availability and commuting time.

Over the phone interview, very chill. After the interview, they invited me for a job preview to come in for one hour in the hospital - meet the team, get a tour, put on the floor with a nurse, and shadow, and see what they go through, and see the pt’s. If everyone agrees yes, then they present formal offer.
