Initial Phone Screen (about 30 minutes talking about how i got into recruiting and a little about what hte role entailed) - Face to face (2 hours with a recruiting manager and senior recruiter) - Case Study (sourcing for 3 candidate that fit a job description and explain why I chose them) - Follow up 30 minute phone screen (same questions as my face to face interview)
