Phone,- was a quick call about my interests with the company
group- they asked questions and allowed people to freely answer them. You would raise your hand then answer the question.
small group- the program directors would ask one on one questions about your attitude and behaviors. They asked fun questions and some serious ones.

Applied online and got an interview invitation 2 weeks later. Scheduled a phone interview and just need to wait for the phone call on the day of the interview. Did a self introduction and recruiter asked about schedule availability and commuting time.

It is an Interactive , easy and not intimidating interview. Called me back for offer within 2 weeks. I was interviewed by 2 FA. The interview is structured and they were friendly .

Over the phone interview, very chill. After the interview, they invited me for a job preview to come in for one hour in the hospital - meet the team, get a tour, put on the floor with a nurse, and shadow, and see what they go through, and see the pt’s. If everyone agrees yes, then they present formal offer.
