Received an email pretty quickly for a phone interview and completed an online assessment. Was supposed to get a call at 11 am, call came at 1pm. Rescheduled for a 9am and call came at 1030am. I work nights and can't stay up to wait. Just a waste of my time all around and unprofessional.

It is an Interactive , easy and not intimidating interview. Called me back for offer within 2 weeks. I was interviewed by 2 FA. The interview is structured and they were friendly .

Over the phone interview, very chill. After the interview, they invited me for a job preview to come in for one hour in the hospital - meet the team, get a tour, put on the floor with a nurse, and shadow, and see what they go through, and see the pt’s. If everyone agrees yes, then they present formal offer.
