I applied thru "on-campus recruiting". Started with a 1 hr interview consisting of 30 minutes behavioral questions and 30 minutes for a case study (make sure you can do some simple mental math to avoid embarrassment). Next/final round was at the CO headquarters. Was a 4+ hour series of interviews. I don't remember how long each interview was, but there was 1 case study, 1 group assignment (aka gauging how well you get along with others- if you focus on solely the mock 'task' they assign you, you aren't understanding the true point of the assessment), and 2 behavioral sessions. 1 of those behavioral sessions was a more classic examination of your resume, the other behavioral session was more of a "fit" interview.
