Absolute most unprofessional and hostile interview. I couldn’t believe the hiring manager thought it was appropriate to use profanity while talking to someone who was very interested in joining the Davita community. He made everything that was shared with me regarding the Davita Village appear as a lie. Very abusive and hostile environment that I do not want to be a part of. I left military service to not to be exposed to this or have that type of leadership interactions. The hiring manager obviously thought because I had 20 years of service that he could be comfortable with me by cursing while talking. Nope. Stay away!
