The whole process has taken exactly 1 month. But they are very thorough. I applied online, got an email for a phone interview a few days later, crushed the phone interview and was then asked to come in for a shadow the week after that to see if I would like the work. I loved it when I went, so they asked me to come in for a panel interview with 4 other higher-ups a week after that. I then found out a week later after the interview that I got the job. The whole process took over a month.
