The DaDaABC website has a one-page application to fill out online where you can upload your resume. I should add that the application will not go through unless the applicant uploads a profile picture, which isn't legal. During the interview the interviewer asked, "How old are you?" which is also not legal. I let that go.
The pre-demo lesson was so rushed you could hardly call it "training." I even agreed to start over an hour early, to accommodate her need to rush. She was rude, incredibly impatient and interrupted repeatedly, telling me she had no time for me, and then she totally lost it. I could hear others speaking in the background and realized she was at a call center. Her constant pressuring me to rush represented poor communication skills and disrespect for prospective employees.
I got off the line and took a breather. I asked myself if this is how I am treated now, imagine how I will be treated when I am working for them. Would they expect me, as ESL teacher, to treat my students as badly she had just treated me? She had mentioned repeating the demo, but I knew my answer. I do not want to work for this company, for sure.

One on one with one of their instructors, where you have to demonstrate how you'd teach a student using appropriate tpr and communication skills. Dress up your room for this !
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
They asked to demonstrate how I'd teach to a student
Impossible to get an interview slot despite being offered an interview even though I emailed multiple times and refreshed the webpage several times a day. Obviously they offered more interviews than they could cope with.

My interview was booked at 2pm (my time) which would have been 3pm (Beijing time). I received a reminder email 24 hours before my interview and another one 2 hours before so I know for sure that my interview was scheduled correctly..
I waited in the online classroom for 20 mins before exiting. I emailed Dada and asked why nobody turned up to interview me and they turned the blame on me and said that I got the times mixed up and reminded me of the time zones which I already knew. I replied to Dada stating my point and their reply was simply 'maybe you could reapply using a different email'. A ridiculously unprofessional company who tried to switch the blame on me for their mistake. Would not recommend.
