The DaDaABC website has a one-page application to fill out online where you can upload your resume. I should add that the application will not go through unless the applicant uploads a profile picture, which isn't legal. During the interview the interviewer asked, "How old are you?" which is also not legal. I let that go. The pre-demo lesson was so rushed you could hardly call it "training." I even agreed to start over an hour early, to accommodate her need to rush. She was rude, incredibly impatient and interrupted repeatedly, telling me she had no time for me, and then she totally lost it. I could hear others speaking in the background and realized she was at a call center. Her constant pressuring me to rush represented poor communication skills and disrespect for prospective employees. I got off the line and took a breather. I asked myself if this is how I am treated now, imagine how I will be treated when I am working for them. Would they expect me, as ESL teacher, to treat my students as badly she had just treated me? She had mentioned repeating the demo, but I knew my answer. I do not want to work for this company, for sure.
