The interview was done over Skype with a recruiter. She was super nice and professional. She asked me typical questions associated with teaching English. Because the job is teaching students online, we went over my internet speed, camera I'm using and mic. We went through the company's app and she showed me how everything works from how to log in each day to how to end a class. It was very professional and she made me feel very comfortable.

It was fast and very disciplined. I was given the date and time, which was comfortable both for me and the interviewer. The interviewer was very polite and friendly. The connection was good. The interviewer asked some questions and helped me feel comfortable and relaxed.

Application was completed online with small tasks to complete such as checking internet speed. Afterwards you choose an interview time in which you will be asked a series of questions followed by a VERY awkward session where you will teach an adult (who's pretending to be a child) a lesson. After I never heard back from the company for over weeks. Extremely unprofessional and the interviewer seemed to hate his job. I have been an ESL instructor over 10 years and know from my students that I excel in this profession. Don't waste your time apply elsewhere. After looking on reddit it seems they have over hired and are letting past teachers go and also not communicating with recent applicants. Check other sites perhaps VIPkid?
