Entretien
Simple, straightforward, pleasant interview experience. If you can show motivation and a willingness to learn during the interview, it goes a long way. There was only one interview; in-person. This lasted about an hour and it was very much so a conversation.

Entretien
Interview was easygoing, felt almost more like a natural conversation with guided questions. Interview did not need to be on-site, could have easily been remote instead, seems an unnecessary risk at this time. During the interview they were very honest about what they needed from an applicant and what they could provide in return.
