The interview process typically consists of several stages: 1. Application: You submit your resume and cover letter online or through a job portal. 2. Screening: The employer or recruiter reviews applications to shortlist candidates. 3. Phone/Initial Interview: A brief phone or video call to discuss your qualifications and gauge your interest. 4. Technical Assessment: Some roles may require tests or assignments to assess your skills. 5. On-Site/Panel Interviews: You meet in person with potential team members, managers, or HR. 6. Behavioral Interviews: Questions about your experiences and how you handle situations. 7. Case Interviews (for certain industries): Analytical problem-solving scenarios. 8. Final Interview: Meeting with senior leadership or decision-makers. 9. Reference Checks: The employer contacts your references. 10. Offer: If successful, you receive a job offer. 11. Negotiation: You may negotiate salary and benefits. 12. Acceptance: Once both parties agree, you formally accept the job. The process may vary by company, role, and industry. Some interviews may be more or less formal, and there can be multiple rounds of interviews.
