Initial screening was done by corporate office HR by phone. Was called back the day after to schedule an in-person interview at the office where the job was located. Entretien
I was interviewed with 2 person. One is people's manager, while the other one is the team lead. The people's manager will ask question related work expeience in general while the technical part will be handle by the team lead. In my case, I need to tackle much on the team lead side as the people's manager here is clueless. Trust me I'm engineer.

They asked about my experiences in .NET environment as the position is .NET Developer. In term of programming, they will ask fundamental knowledge on OOP, Architecture, Framework etc.

I attended two stage. In the first stage they asked about the previous project and the technology used in each project about an hour. In second stage, Technical lead interviewed about more technical questions about 20-25 min with two different technical lead. Finally the next day HR called and gave a offer.
