2 technical rounds.. It was a walkin. I cleared one technical on java and 2nd short technical on angular. I cleared all the rounds and. Hr discussion was done. I submitted my documents next day. The most unprofessional Hr. For nearly a month i kept on doing followup and hr kept on saying that the offer has gone for approval and hasn't got approval as seniora
Management is on leave due to new year it will be released soon. The last time when hr picked the phone he said in 2 days it will be released..and the offer never came. My advice dont go and waste your time giving interview. The hr was the worst that i have met in my 5 years of IT experience.

Technical Interview about 2 hrs about java basic , oop , database and design patterns , no algorithms , its fine interview in english and arabic

The interview process is start directly with Tech Interview, with coding test for about 30 minutes and tech question for 30 minutes.
Simple algorithm test for live coding.
The interviewer was nice and explain the question in detail

Iter durato circa 2 mesi.
2 colloqui conoscitivi, 2 colloqui tecnici, 1 colloquio HR.
Dopo l'ultimo con l'HR mi è stato detto che gli ero piaciuto e l'iter era stato positivo. Mi è stato chiesto di condividere la mia busta paga (in chiaro, con tutti i dati, per salvarla sulla loro piattaforma) e sarei stato ricontattato per offerta.
Poi son spariti. Passato 1 altro mese ho chiesto feedback mi è stato detto che "non avevano reputato il mio profilo adatto".
Al di la della poca professionalità, mostratevi piu' disponibili se richiedete ai candidati di impegnare così tanto tempo nell'iter e soprattutto di condividere dati sensibili .
