It was a friendly, professional and engaging process. I met with the person who would be my direct management as well as the person who would be my key stakeholder, which I found beneficial. They took the time to explain the role and what would be expected of me. I felt they asked appropriate questions about my background to ascertain my suitability for the role. It was a positive process.

Three interviews with different team members to discuss the role, my experiences and next steps.I believ they were very well conducted. Although I was not selected it was a good experience overall
Via een werknemer als referral doorverwezen. Na een eerste gesprek met een Talent Acquisition persoon nooit meer iets gehoord van hen. Zeer onprofessioneel en maakte duidelijk dat ze zeker niet matchen met mijn waarden.

Primo step - chiamata telefonica
Secondo step - Colloquio con le ipotetiche future “colleghe” online
Terzo step - Colloquio in sede con molte domande e un caso di studio (durata complessiva 2h)
