Emailed DV about trading assistant position. Received email back fairly quickly asking me to come in to interview. I was on east coast so first had phone interview. It seemed to go fairly well so I flew to Chicago (at my expense) and had face to face interview. Again seemed to go well, was told I would hear back from them in a week (never heard from them and they did not respond to emails)
