1) Phone screen, 2) Skype interview (if out of state), 3) In person interview with multiple employees (usually in groups of 2 employees). Also had to do a personality test and a writing sample test.

My 1st interview was with a manager and senior consultants. After the interview, I completed a hypothetical task. Also had to do a personality PI assessment. I did not hear back for about 6 weeks, assumed I was rejected, and then got another interview request to work with a different team. I had a quick interview with a different manager and senior consultant and received an offer a couple of days later. Interview questions were generic, some situational/behavioral questions -- no crazy hypothetical consulting scenarios.
