It was formatted okay. Went well seemed interested. However the red flag was I’ve seen this job opening many times and with that Applied here many times. Every time I get a thanks but no thanks you were not selected. I think they discriminate sometimes because people who wanna work and have a chance to make a store successful don’t have the opportunity to do so
