The interview process consisted of a digital interview and an on-site interview. The digital interview was conducted through Hirevue and was approximately ten minutes long. I thoroughly enjoyed my on-site interview, as the staff was extremely friendly and engaging.

3 interviews: robot screener, video call with panel including manager, video call with Executive Director. Slow interview/ acceptance process as with any DTCC position. Seem to be looking for “excited”/“passionate” folks from all spectrums of age, race, sexuality, and gender
