Maybe others had a better interview experience. Mine was less than great. The recruiter couldn’t thoroughly explain the job role/duties. No benefits overview. All of the follow-up was on my end alone. I received zero feedback on next steps despite qualifying for the position. The recruiter ghosted me after a verbal interview and never provided me a courtesy decline text, call, or email. I had to stalk the website to find out the position was closed. I applied for a different position and same thing happened. The recruiter ghosted me, This time I decided to take matters into my my own hands and respectfully withdrawn. It’s apparent to me as a career Senior recruiter this group doesn’t know how to treat candidates. I’ve seen better recruitment treatment at a Starbucks. Terrible experiences with DTCC.
