J'ai postulé via une autre source. J'ai passé un entretien chez DSP Concepts (San Jose, CA) en sept. 2020
Entretien
I applied through Linkedin. One of the interviewers was not capable. He tried to show off his skill, which is not related to the opportunity. The person didn't ask about the skill required for the position.
Thank you for sharing your experience. We will work with our team to improve our communication and processes with candidates. We hope you will consider DSPC in the future.

I first spoke with a recruiter, which was a simple process. Then I interviewed with about 4 engineers on the team. Some gave me a mix of pretty random and irrelevant rapid fire technical questions with light programming questions, while others were more personable and asked about my actual experience and had more relevant technical questions. After speaking with them, a couple assured me I would be a welcome addition to the team.
I then interviewed with the manager and what might have been the VP (?) above the position and they said they would decide soon. I waited about two weeks and reached out to the recruiter, who assured me they would decide soon. Another two weeks and I hadn’t heard so I reached out again, got another indefinite deferral.
I accepted a position elsewhere. If you can’t make a decision, just have the decency to let the candidate know you’re not going with them.
