J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez DS-IQ (Bellevue, WA) en juin 2015
Entretien
It was first an interview with HR over the phone and then a direct in person interview.
They move pretty fast.
After the round of interview you lastly interview with the Directory who is very technical.
Then a day or two later I interviewed with the CTO which is a straight talk about the values of the company and to bring an offer which it was advise to wait a day to get the final response.
The questions were from easy tree and list to hard graph questions. There was one puzzle question which was interesting as I have not seen those lately.
I was able to do well on those but I was extremely prepared as I was interviewing for other positions as well. I was surprise that there were harder questions for an small company.

The initial contact was great, I had a nice general and technical interview over the phone that lead to the next step.
They arranged an all day in-person interview that involved a number of people asking me a wide variety of technical and general questions. I enjoyed the technical expertise of the interviewers, including the discussions involving more advanced technical topics, it was exactly the kind of atmosphere that was looking for.
I also had an interesting conversation with the CTO regarding the company and culture; I thought he was a nice and very knowledgeable fellow.
