Entretien
The first stage was an introduction interview basic questions regarding your cv. The second stage is a mixture of competency and walking through the cv. Final stage is 3 back to back interviews with 3 people in two of the interviews. I found the interview to be a bit intense which made it a bit difficult for me. I also did not receive proper feedback I was just told people with more experience got the role.

Q: Has there been any system or process that you have set up that has improved the quality of work? Then followed up by asking how I knew that it had improved the quality of work
