I got into the first round of interviewing with the team through a recruiter. There were two or three engineers on the call interviewing me, one of them was a senior engineer.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
They asked me to talk through basic approaches to building algorithms with an emphasis on big O concepts in computational power and memory usage. To the tune of: you are writing a method, it takes one parameter, the perameter is an array of integers. There is one duplicate integer in the array. How would you build the method such that it finds the duplicate? Describe that using the best approaches for traversing the array, and the best data structures if you use any additional data structures The following questions added more levels of complexity where you would need an extra data structure, depending on what you wanted to accomplish.

The recruiting company along with DRW's team treated me as another number; not a person. I pulled myself out of the interview process after successfully passing their 5 hour take home test. Read below for more information.
1. Phone screen w/ recruiters. All was well. I showed interest to pursue. Over month goes by without any word from DRW or the recruiter I was working with. Oh well, I moved on.
1. A month later, I hear back. I had to recheck who DRW was as I forgot about them. Then I did a phone screen w/ 2 employees. Went well; passed.
Several days later I was assigned a 5 hour take home a assessment. I solved using Java. Did a great job. Turned in it. 2 week pass until I hear back that I passed.
Setting up scheduling for the interview day. Both recruiters were unorganized, unprofessional, and clearly lack reading comprehension.
I send them my schedule 2 different times. They proceed to setup a last minute interview right after a 3 day holiday the day before then blow up my phone with texts and calls attempting me to take it the late afternoon and evening before the day. I have a job and responsibilities. I do not operating on your schedule and lack of organization.
I pulled myself out of process and wrote an in-depth email to both DRW and the recruiters explaining my experience and how I won't be doing business with either of them.
DRW was kind enough to respond and apologize, but honestly the damage was done. I expect a company of that "caliber" to treat people better. Bullet dodged.
Recruiter responded a week later. Blamed it all on DRW. Pretty sure it was on both of them to various degrees. I won't be working with that firm again.

First interview was virtual and was a +/- casual conversation with the manager about past experience and general knowledge. Second interview was in person with 3 others people (manager, technical lead and software engineer).
