I got a referral in late Nov 2022 and was emailed about a week after applying. I was given a 90-minute coding challenge and had to do it within 3 days of getting the email. The coding challenge consisted of 2 easy/medium-level leetcode style problems and 3 basic multiple-choice ML questions. I felt that I performed decently in the challenge, but I wasn't offered any further interviews
