Entretien
Submitted application online and was contacted by a recruiter to set up a phone interview. Started with fit questions for the first half such as why trading and to walk through my resume. Then a couple of easy brainteasers like how many different 4 of a kind poker hands and how many full houses. Was not sure what they were looking for because I ended up not getting a second round even after answering their brainteasers correctly.

Entretien
The process lasted a total of 6 months, with a total of 7 interviews, a mix of technical interviews and tests. I had 2 'final' interviews.
The whole time I was kept in the dark about the status of my application and reasons for delay, despite constantly requesting this information. I asked to have a call, only to be told that the role isn't going to be filled and that they've lost the headcount. Terrible treatment on the back of a terribly managed process.

Entretien
The phone interview was primarily based on personality and fit questions, with a couple of brainteasers included near the end. There were almost no technical questions included, aside from the online mental math quiz.

HR was very helpful, Interview time was arranged by email. Interviewer did not make you feel at ease but it is completely random who you get. A relatively important issue is that the call you through speakerphone and the sound coming through is somewhat muffled.
