I completed a detailed online application. Next I did a phone interview with Human Resources. Finally I interviewed with the CEO and CFO jointly. During the application process I did a short 10 minute personality / communication survey and also submitted answers to 5 hypothetical questions regarding how I would handle certain situations on the job.
