I am extremely disappointed with my experience at DQE Software. I had a scheduled interview with their HR team at a specific time, but the HR representative did not show up without any explanation or follow-up. I prepared extensively for the interview, waited for her at the scheduled time, and even sent an email offering to reschedule, but she ghosted me and never replied. This lack of communication and respect demonstrates a clear absence of professionalism and organization. The recruitment process does not reflect the standards one would expect from a company, especially when candidates invest their time and effort to participate. This experience leaves a very negative impression and raises questions about the company’s internal management.
