The interview process was pretty standard. Hard a phone call with the hiring manager then met with a few operations folk and precon folk to learn more about the company. All in all they made me feel comfortable enough to accept the position.

They really wanted to know what kind of experience I have and wanted to make sure it was relevant to the core markets that they work in.
