Online tests, then
1 telephone interview where they actually asked good questions
2nd interview panel where they were actively hostile, and used the online tests to challenge the candidate,
3rd and final one where it was informal, but asked frivolous questions, not to see my response, or my character, rather they were just frivoulous, such as why do you even bother helping the homeless, they are a lost cause HAHA!

your personality test says you get bored easily, why do you think that is? ( I answered the test was incorrect, As I had delivered large corporate projects sucecssfully spanning 2 years).
That cant be true because your personality test says so!.
We dont take on former contractors!... we dont like them... I should know I was a contractor!.
Your project is going to delivered late, what do you do?
You cannot escalate what do you do?
You cannot extend / negotiate the time / budget of the project
the MD insists it must go live, what do you do?
It has major defects what do you do?
you cannot stop the project, it MUST go live?... what do you do?

Slechte communicatie. Ze geven aan donderdag te bellen, maar je moet zelfs de maandag erop zelf achteraan gaan. Je wordt niet zo zeer gewaardeerd haf ik het idee. Bedrijf oog proffesioneel, maar na verhalen van voorgaande oude medewerkers, toch besloten niet in te gaan op het aanbod.

I was informed that usually a personality questionnaire is completed and the interview is structured of this. My interview was unstructured and I wasn’t given the opportunity to answer the questions asked, as they latched onto something I said and asked how that worked. This is irrelevant - as you work the way your current employer needs you to.
