The interview process was 3 parts (HR-Hiring manager - Project Director) and there was nothing technical as I was already very experienced. It was always about me telling about myself, each time with different people

HR didn't read resume and just asking generic questions. No follow up after 2 interviews even though they said they will reach out and they will provide feeback..after very disrespectful and waste of time & energy.
