First I received an email that they might be interested in recruiting me. Then we had a short call where I was presented some basic info about the company and was told how the recruitment process works there. Next I was given an assignment and a few days to finish it. Then was technical call when we discussed the assignment and where I was also asked other technical questions. Then there was non-technical call. And after that I received an offer.
