First interview on Teams. Not too formal, many questions asked and there were to people present, the team lead and a collegue. Felt like a two way interview as I think they should be and mutual respect. The Team lead calls me back to set up a next interview right away. He explained the next steps and told me how many candidates there were. No secrets. Had do do two tests. Next step was to meet at the headquarters to talk about my test results. Now the woman in charge of the department was present and HR. I experienced gender balance and respect all the way. They tried to make a good impression and I felt seen and heard as a human and long term investment, and not just as a resource which goes hand in hand with the job announcement that says « we value our employees». I got rejected, but in a respectful and tactful way giving me feedback.
