Entretien
3 stage interview process.
Initially meeting with a Director and another member of staff. Give a great overview of the business their plans and what they want from incoming individual.
Ask some typical questions surround recruitment motivations, drive etc. Business seems a bit more focussed around personality and want to see a spark.
Then 2nd stage is meet more individuals with potential presentation or just to gauge personality fit with rest of the business.
Final stage is meet rest of the team for a drink before offer. DMJ can we relatively instinctive with processes maintaining good momentum
