I had been interviewed for a business analyst position in 2022 and 2023. I had 4 interviews in total. Interviews was not that bad. In all interviews , they were pretty satisfied with my skills and backgrounds. But they hired internal employee in both times. They called me in last time and told me to apply again if I see any related vacancy. I don't think I can do it again. It is a pretty annoying situation. I am curious why they open a vacancy if they would hire an internal employee.
