DLL conducted several rounds of interviews. Ultimately it involved 8 different people over 6 different interviews. Very methodical and thorough. They had me complete a personality assessment which was valuable to both to me and DLL. Very professional process. All paperwork done easily via Docusign and remote on boarding proved that DLL has successfully adjusted to a difficult interview environment due to Covid.
