The interview process is rigorous in the fact that there are 4 rounds, but only 1 was in person so it was manageable. Be wary, only 1 of the 4 interviewers are actual consultants so the picture they paint is tainted/bias.

Phone screen with HR. Several rounds with the Client Servicing & Business Development Team. Final round with the Managing Director. Everything was clearly communicated in terms of next steps and timeline. Everyone was very kind, professional, and high energy.

The initial interview was a phone interview and was very informative. I was really excited about the opportunity after speaking with the recruiter. I am truly looking forward to the next phase of the interview process.
