The process was actually quite fast, which is very refreshing in the current market. It started with a phone screen with HR, followed by a Zoom interview with the hiring manager. A week later, there was a skills assessment with questions. I was able to choose from their recommended list and had time to prepare my responses. And then, I received an offer the following week.
