it was very intense but so welcoming. The partners in interview were super friendly and chatty and the other assessments were challenging but fun. The interview consisted of behaviourial assessment too but this is just a personal answer.

Case Study (to be presented to one partner with 15 mins to prep)
Strengths-Based Interview (with one partner about your skills/strengths)

Half-day assessment centre consisting of a group discussion, individual presentation and 1-on-1 interview. Preparation time was given for the group discussion and presentation, each lasting around 15 to 20 minutes.
