Had one phone interview followed by some online tests, and then and two in-person interviews. No tricky questions, they just wanted to know if I could handle the job. The entire hiring process was extremely fast. Almost 1 month exactly from the date I applied until I was given a written offer.

Was called for an interview by an HR person (at the time, it was about a four hour drive). Came in and had to take a number of tests regarding the position, all of which I did exceptionally well on. Had to wait around a bit before the actual interview, where I was basically talking to a rolling group of people -- one person came in when one person left, many asked me the same questions, so I felt like I was repeating myself. Didn't necessarily seem to be a rhyme or reason to who I was talking to. Was a little frustrated because I was immediately asked if I was overqualified.. if I am that overqualified, why was I asked to come in and do an interview, especially from another state?
