I interviewed from Europe for a position in California, so after submitting my application I was invited to interview via HireVue app. The app provided questions to practice with, and when I recorded the interview they asked 8 questions. Afterward, I was invited to take an assessment where it analyzed my typing skills, Microsoft Office competency, grammar and language use, as well as behavioral "would you rather" questions. NOTE - still awaiting a response/offer.
