DLA Piper maintains an open culture. It is a friendly law firm but employees need to stand-out to get noticed. This is not surprising given the size of the firm. Otherwise, it is a great firm to work in. The partners are mostly down to earth and approachable and like any organisation, there are exceptions. The above is reflected in the interview process.
