- Initial call with a recruitment agency. Next steps not clear, this is where I exited the process. I found myself in the position, that it was implied that someone had been approached and given me a poor personal review. This left me feeling confused and as the company did not even seem willing to meet with me to establish their own opinion, it really didn't seem like a fair and diligent process. Ultimately, my personal opinion, is that I am happy that I was removed from the process, as from a professional point of view, this does not seem to be a company I would want to work for, despite having been contacted by an additional 3 recruiters to discuss the role.
